Currently, as the founder, shareholder, director and CEO of Booi Holdings and all subsidiaries, Peter oversees project management, mineral resource exploration, and strategic business development. Farisani is a seasoned marketing and sales professional with a deep understanding of the South African market. Having held key positions at industry-leading organisations like Media24, Naspers, Primedia Outdoor, and Brand Storm Marketing & Advertising, Farisani has honed his skills in crafting and executing effective marketing strategies, building and leading high-performing sales teams, and fostering strong client relationships.

Farisani has a proven track record in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns. His expertise in digital marketing enables him to leverage the power of online channels to reach target audiences and drive engagement.

A versatile Mechanical Engineer with Oil and Gas experience, highly motivated and results-oriented, Jedidiah is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience gained at reputable organisations including Koeberg Nuclear Power Station, Schlumberger, Airports Company South Africa and Booi Holdings. He brings a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership and project management skills.

Having worked in the nuclear industry, he is well versed in plant component engineering, compiling engineering/maintenance procedures and maintenance.

He is a seasoned oil and gas professional with a solid foundation in oil/ gas well cementing. His time at Schlumberger, a global leader in the petroleum industry, provided him with invaluable experience and international certification as an oil/gas well cementer in the oil field.

He worked at Airports Company South Africa as mechanical engineer of JET A-1 aviation fuel infrastructure, baggage handling system and construction and maintenance of the airport infrastructure.

As the Operations Manager, shareholder and director at Booi Holdings, Jedidiah oversees a diverse range of oil and gas operations, including drilling, well wireline testing, casing placement, cementing and maintenance. His ability to seamlessly integrate his technical expertise with strategic leadership has been instrumental in driving operational efficiency and delivering successful project outcomes.

Emmanuel is the founder of Wakefield Colliery and an experienced retail manager. He is also a director and shareholder of Booi Holdings and all its subsidiaries.

He has a wealth of mining knowledge spanning several years. He is driven and has a solid understanding of acquisitions in the industry.

WAKEFILD COLLIERY SOUTH AFRICA LIMITED was acquired by Emmanuel’s IIB-DG in 2022. Wakefield Colliery has declared an estimated 7 million metric tonnes of opencast and underground mineable tonne in situ (MTIS) coal resources, with a mine life of five to six years. The expected yield for whole seam mining ROM coal is approximately 68.7% for the underground section and 95% for the opencast section.

The shareholders of Wakefield Colliery (Wakefield) hired WAKEFIELD Colliery (Pty) Ltd. to undertake an Independent Technical Review (ITR) of the technical inputs to the financial model and the life of mine (LOM) plan.
